Maybachs and Caddyshacks Collaborate

It’s a collaboration that about as unlikely as a chopped BBQ ads in the Final Call, but rapper Rick Ross and comic Bill Murray hit the studio after connecting at a basketball game in Philadelphia. Word from the curb is the “odd couple” turned up along Paul Shaffer, David Letterman’s bandleader.

Murray has taken to photobombing photos and recently revealed he, like many others, is a hip-hop head. Once you bust a gut to Mr. Caddyshack’s dance routine to Lil Jon’s “Turn Down For What,” as he crashed a birthday party, a Rick Ross collabo makes sense. If this studio session ever makes it to the radio is another story. We won’t be surprised if it comes to fruition or if this collabo ends up on the Ghostbusters 3 soundtrack even though Murray isn’t a member of the G3 cast!
