Music industry executive, David Linton was recognized for his contributions to the industry with a 2015 ICON Award in Atlanta on May 28th. The “who’s who” (aka Linton fans and admirers) of Atlanta gathered for a much deserved evening of celebration for a man who has been more than a friend and instrumental in blessing our ears with the music Whitney Houston, Deborah Cox, and TLC just to name a few.
David’s triple threat career encompasses journalism, radio broadcasting as well as a long and very successful tenure as a record promotion and marketing executive with stints at Arista, Capitol, Music World Entertainment and others . He currently serves as chairman of the Living Legends Foundation.

Although David may consider himself semi-retired he remains an in demand industry consultant and mentor with a mean golf swing!
