Mediabase Now Publishes Shazam Charts Kevin Fleming April 4, 2016 Entertainment, Music News MEDIABASE has entered into a partnership with SHAZAM, an app that connects artists and fans. The partnership will begin with weekly SHAZAM Charts on the MEDIABASE site in the U.S. and CANADA. Data will be available every MONDAY, beginning today. SHAZAM helps people discover, interact with, and share video, audio or printed content on TV, radio, movie screens, magazines, newspapers, packaged goods, and in retail stores. SHAZAM Tag Charts will feature the top songs from the U.S. as well as charts from GERMANY, SPAIN, FRANCE, GREAT BRITAIN and ITALY (plus all five combined). In the U.S., the top 50 songs from markets 1-100 will be presented each week, and the top 30 songs will be published from markets 101-150.
