WKJX-Elizabeth City’s 96.7 The Block is looking for hard-working, ambitious college students willing to spend their time in a fast-paced, exciting and unique environment. The purpose of this internship is to give an undergraduate student a view and some practical work experience in a multi-media production house. Interns will be asked to dedicate 10-12 hours per week. You will be exposed to programming and on-air aspects of a multi-media production house. Interns will be responsible for various office duties such as preparing for station events, database entry, PSA and commercial spot writing, social media updates, assisting with station newsletter, general website updates and assisting department staff with various needs.
