The 10th Annual Toast to Urban Entertainment
Executives Honoring Women returns with a new round of incredible women making
strides in the urban entertainment and media industries. This event acknowledges the
contributions made to Urban Entertainment by outstanding female industry executives in
television, film, news, multimedia, music, and more in honor of Women’s History Month.

Lynn Allen Jeter & Associates, partnered with sponsors REVOLT TV, Rolling Out
Moreno BHLV, Luster Products, MIQ, Urban Network Digital, Warner Bros. Records
and SESAC will honor four women on March 22, 2016 at the Cinematic Pictures Group,
cinematicpicturesgroup.com, 6801 Hollywood Blvd. Suite 200, inside Hollywood &
Highland Complex. Red Carpet: 7pm – 8pm and Event: 7pm – 11pm.

This year, the 10th Annual Toast to Urban Entertainment Executives Honoring Women
will celebrate Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs of REVOLT Media & TV
Inga Dyer, Talent Producer and CEO of AK Blackbyrd Productions Inc. Deborah Byrd,
Executive Director of Los Angeles Chapter of The Recording Academy Kelley Purcell and
Head of A&R Rostrum Records and Founder of West Coast’s Next Fresh Thing Showcase
Nicole Plantin.

Presenters for the 10th Annual Toast to Urban Entertainment Executives, who are also
past Toast honorees, include Regional Membership Manager for the Recording Academy
Yvonne Faison; CEO of multi-media entertainment company Monami Entertainment, TV
Producer of VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop” Mona Scott-Young; Vice President of Publicity and
Lifestyle, Warner Bros Records Phylicia Fant; and Founder/CEO of nine27 Entertainment
Jeanine Daniels. This year’s Toast, there will be live performances by independent artists
and surprise guests.
Co-Founder of The Magic Gate – a digital multimedia/Artist management and production
facility, Monica Payne, will be the MC for this years Toast. There will be live performances
by Grammy-winning songwriter/producer Vincent Berry II; neo-soul artist Janice
Freeman; and indie R&B artist Trevis Romell.
