KBLX Operations Manager, Elroy Smith added “Armand Carr is one of the most genuine people I know. His passion and commitment to helping the youth of The Bay Area is stellar. He is selfless in his approach and committed to furthering this initiative which deserves the accolades and recognition it’s receiving in the Bay Area.
