WGCI-Chicago names Mathew Harris Promotions Director Kevin Fleming March 22, 2018 Entertainment, Radio Buzz Matthew Harris has been named Promotions Director for iHeartMedia Urban WGCI/Chicago. He will report to Echo Robinson, who just this week was promoted to Director of Marketing and Promotions for iHeartMedia’s Chicago Region. Harris joined iHeartMedia Chicago in late 2017 as a member of the programming team. He previously worked for Cumulus Media in Peoria, Illinois, where he rose to Promotions Director of the cluster’s five radio stations and did afternoons and nights on Rhythmic WZPW and Active Rock WIXO. “Matthew brings more than 10 years of promotions and programming experience to our marketing and promotions team,” said Matt Scarano, President of iHeartMedia’s Chicago Region. “We are excited for the new promotional opportunities he’ll be creating for our advertisers and listeners.” Harris said, “I’m very excited about this new opportunity. iHeartMedia Chicago has a great team and I’m looking forward to working with everyone at 107.5 WGCI.” Related
