WQQK-Nashville Goes Live and Local with The Kenny Smoov Morning Show

WQQK-Nashville’s 92Q will debut The Kenny Smoov Morning Show on Thursday, October 11th. This new live and local wake-up show replaces Tom Joyner and features 92Q PD Kenny Smoove, longtime Nashville air talent who last year was named “Favorite Radio Personality of the Year” by The Tennessean.

Smoov will be joined in-studio by radio vet/social media maven and former Tennessee Titans cheerleader, Sissy Brown, and 92Q evening personality C-Dub, who completes the team as Producer and Social Media Director.

Charlie Cook, Operations Manager of Cumulus Nashville, said, “[VP/Market Manager] Allison [Warren] and I have complete faith in Kenny, who is passionate about both 92Q and this new morning show, to give Nashville its first big live and local show that serves the African-American community. Kenny has worked hard to provide a locally focused show for the Nashville audience. It will be like nothing the community has now.”
