Piazzi is a brutally honest musician. The Fullerton, CA native holds pull no punches in his latest single “You’re Kind of A Bitch.” Combining smooth vibes with turn up energy, Piazzi’s sounds can easily get the frat party in full swing. Born Nick Spina, the 19 year old is well rounded in musicianship as he is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter. His eclectic collection of influences ranch include Radiohead, Kendrick Lamar, Flying Lotus, Travis Scott, Mac Demarco, Piazzi also draws influence from Latin and Afro-Cuban rhythms mixing them with lush R&B chord production, to spawn his final product. When not making music, Piazzi is studying music business at Musicians Institute. His tenor voice is the key ingredient to hit making.

The music video for “You’re Kind of a Bitch” was released in late October. It sheds light on being in a relationship, becoming too familiar with the other person, getting annoyed and saying too much. The song relies on singalong melodies, and relocatable lyrics on top of an upbeat tempo.

2019 is looking productive for Piazzi, as he will be performing at the Live House Hollywood on January 18th alongside other local artists. He’s hard at work with his debut album Bored of Life which will take a darker tone.

“These songs are whatever I’m feeling in the moment. I take whatever it is I’m going through in life and turn it into lyrics.” – Piazzi
