Quincy Jones presents Sheléa

On November 19th PBS/SoCal taped a rare evening of voice and music at the Majestic Theater in Los Angeles. Co-produced by PBS and Quincy Jones, “Quincy Jones Presents Sheléa With Special Guest, David Foster” will air in March 2019 on PBS stations nationwide.

Presenting the strength of her multifaceted career in concert, Sheléa introduced the musical icons who have believed in her talents: namely, Stevie Wonder, David Foster, and Quincy Jones. 

Under the musical direction of well-known bandleader, Greg Phillinganes, Sheléa– at some points accompanied by background singers and choir –continued to lift the audience in a musical tribute to “Pretty World” where she not only gave a glimpse into the world of Alan&Marilyn Bergman but a surprising glimpse into the facets of her own.

Sheléa just wrapped the Dave Koz tour, and is currently filming a feature role in the LIFETIME movie “You Brought the Sunshine” the story of The Legendary Clark Sisters.

Sheléa resumes touring  with Dave Foster through spring.

Her album “Pretty World” will be released March 8 on Breath of Life/Bungalo/Universal Music
