Music executive Tom Draper died on Friday, October 25th after a short illness.  Tom started in Sales at RCA Records, moved into Promotion and then VP of A&R, moved to Warner Bros and turned it into a Black Music powerhouse before being promoted into a corporate VP post at Time Warner.
