Kashon Powell named SM at WNSB-Norfolk Kevin Fleming January 21, 2014 Radio Buzz, Radio News Kashon Powell, has been named Station Manager for Urban WNSB (Hot 91.1)/Norfolk on the campus of Norfolk State University. Kashon was most recently at Clear Channel Urban WOWI (103 Jamz) and Urban AC WKSA (92.1 Kiss FM)/Norfolk until last August.
