Radio One Names Gary Gunter VP/GM St. Louis

Radio One appoints Gary Gunter as VP/General Manager of its cluster in St. Louis, effective March 17. Gunter, a 25-year veteran of radio sales and marketing, has formerly held several positions with the company.
