Eileen Collier Exits KJMS/WHAL-Memphis Kevin Fleming July 10, 2014 Radio Buzz, Radio News Eileen Collier has exited as PD of KJMS (V101) and Inspirational WHAL/Memphis after nearly two decades of service, reportedly due to some local restructuring. Regional Programming Manager Devin Steel will be temporarily handling the care and feeding of KJMS. Ms. Collier said, “I am blessed to know that so many people admired my work from afar and respect me as a programmer. I appreciate all the calls and emails that I have received thus far.
