Carlito Olivero – “Pon Ya Body” (Lyric Video)

When Troy Shelton, a longtime friend of The Urban Buzz told me to listen to “Pon Ya Body” by Carlito Olivero, I must admit I was skeptical. I was expecting to hear a Pitbull/Flo-Rida uptempo dance track (the type of song you’d hear on any Top 40 radio station in America).  However, “Pon Ya Body” has such a slapping beat that you can’t help but move to this one. The production from Dem Jointz reminds me a little bit of DJ Mustard’s on Tinashe and Schoolboy Q’s summer smash “2 On.” Don’t just take it for me, see for yourself when you watch this lyric video below.

I’m already looking forward to what else Carlito Olivero releases next. The Chicago native emerged on the scene after placing third on season three of Fox’s The X Factor.
