Cable Needs Color

As Magic Johnson’s “Aspire” cable network approaches its one year anniversary (and turns the day to day operations over to the GMC-TV), Aspire TV (@aspiretv) is about to premier its first run talk show, Exhale.  The show will focus on honest and open dialog on issues relevant to “women of color”– from faith and finances; to men and menopause! “Exhale” appears to be an African-American version of “The View,” and sports a panel of lesser known supporting co-hosts anchored by former CBS news veteran Rene Syler and actress Malinda Williams. The show debuts June 27th on limited cable networks and sources say the premier promises many surprises and special guests. Congratulations ladies! Please don’t all talk at once.
