The third annual Budweiser Made in America festival has officially landed in Los Angeles. Jay Z and L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti confirmed that the show will take place in Grand Park in downtown Los Angeles on August 30 and 31 — the same time as a parallel show will be rolling at Ben Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia. Organizers announced that both shows would benefit the United Way in each city’s region. “Los Angeles is the perfect west-coast home for Made in America,” Garcetti said. Jay Z noted that the expansion continued his dream of “putting together a music festival that blurred those lines of genres, that all walks of life and all people can come [to].” Made In America was founded by Jay Z in 2012,  This year’s lineup has yet to be announced, but last year’s show featured such A-list headliners as Beyoncé, Nine Inch Nails, Deadmau5 and Phoenix.
