Two on-air personalities at Crawford Urban “Power 92” WPWX have crossed the street in a lateral move to iHeartMedia’s WGCI. Middayer Frankie Robinson and afternoon host Tone Kapone move to WGCI replacing Loni Swain and UB Rodriguez respectively. Frankie Robinson previously co-hosted nights at WGCI from 2007 until 2009. The moves continue the reconstruction of the WGCI lineup that began with the debut of the station’s new morning show hosted by Kyle Santillian, Kendra G, and Leon Rogers, Robinson’s former night co-host. DJ MoonDawg remains in place in the 6pm-12am daypart. Longtime(V-103) WVEE APD/ Ryan Cameron Morning Show Executive Producer, Johnny Glover exits the Atlanta powerhouse to join Derrick Brown’s WCGI dream team as APD.
