Cortney Hicks moves to WBAV-Charlotte

Beasley Media Group Urban AC WBAV (V101.9)/Charlotte welcomes major market pro Cortney Hicks aboard as MD/afternoon drive talent. Ms. Hicks most recently did middays at WMMJ-DC Washington’s Majic 102.3.

This marks the second consecutive time that Hicks has been hired by Jamillah Muhammad — the first time was back in July of 2010 when Muhammad was OM of Majic 102.3 and Inspirational WPRS (Praise 104.1). Just two months ago Muhammad was named OM of WBAV and Urban WPEG (Power 98).
