Felicia Morris Opens Morris Media Studios in LA

Veteran radio professional Felicia “The Poetess” Morris has launched Morris Media Studios, an Internet radio and podcast production space located in the Leimert Parkarea ofLos Angeles. The 1800 sq. ft facility is equipped with sound proof studios, a green screen room, full kitchen and conference room – a great space for clients to create online content that can be used and monetized across multiple platforms.

Since there are very few radio jobs available in the Los Angeles market, Ms. Morris decided to provide opportunities for amateur and professional air personalities to create their own programs. “The radio landscape has changed so much since I started over 25 years ago” says The Poetess. “On-air jobs in traditional radio are scarce but the Internet makes it possible for more people and more original content to live.” Morris has already started streaming her first show on morrismedialive.com called “The Roll Out Radio Show”, a popular comedy VODcast hosted by The Poetess along with comedians Speedy, Kente Scott, RT Steckel and industry insider Nikki Pam.
