New Artist: Scavenger Hunt

Can you remember the last time PALM turned you on to a great new indie band? As an authority on all independent music, it’s only right that we work towards discovering indie-bands and adding them to the family. I first came across Los Angeles based indie-pop band Scavenger Hunt when I heard their lush single “Wildfire” on an episode of MTV’s Are You The One. Recently I took it upon myself to listen to their self titled EP. This was a very fresh project and left me hungry for more. Think of Scavenger Hunt as a more upbeat Lana Del Rey or Lorde. The lead singer Jill Lamoureux has a lovely voice that accompanies the band’s production nicely. I’m looking forward to seeing Scavenger Hunt tour and collaborate with bigger acts.
