ACCESS.1 Owns AURN

ACCESS.1 now owns American Urban Radio Networks based on a contractual agreement, and enforced by the court. Pittsburgh-based Sheridan Broadcasting Corporation had filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy in its legal battle for ownership of AURN with New York-based ACCESS.1 Communications.

By gaining ownership, ACCESS.1 now controls AURN sales, marketing, affiliate relations and some programming.  News and Sports are still a part of SBN, which the Sheridan provides AURN.
