Rob Neal is VP of Programming for Woodward Broadcasting

Woodward Broadcasting, LLC is proud to announce that Rob Neal has been named VP of Radio Programming in Detroit and the Virgin Islands.  Woodward Broadcasting, LLC urban properties consists of WHPR-Detroit and WVIE  107.3 FM, Charlotte Amalie, US Virgin Islands.

Mr. Neal has been in broadcasting for over forty (40) years and will be a great asset to Woodward Broadcasting, LLC.  He will report directly to Watkins Broadcasting CEO, Mr. RJ Watkins.

Rob Neal is also the founder and executive director of the International Black Broadcasters Association (IBBA).
