CBS Radio announced the return of two major company events — the fourth annual We Can Survive concert is happening October 22 at the famed Hollywood Bowl, headlined by Bruno Mars, and the second annual Stars And Strings concert is scheduled for November 9 in Chicago, featuring headliner Jason Aldean. brunoWe Can Survive will mark Bruno Mars’ first concert appearance since his Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show performance. He will be joined by Ariana Grande, Charlie Puth, G-Eazy, Meghan Trainor, OneRepublic and Pitbull. Since the concert’s debut in 2013, We Can Survive sells out every year and has generated over 430 million social media impressions over the past two years. The show has also become well known for surprise artist appearances, like Rihanna in 2015 and Jennifer Lopez in 2014.
In honor of October being National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, for every ticket sold, $2 will benefit Young Survival Coalition, the premier organization dedicated to the critical issues unique to young women who are diagnosed with breast cancer. One winner will receive concert tickets, airfare and hotel through Radio.com’s VIP sweepstakes. In addition, 27 fans in participating markets can listen to CBS Radio Top 40 and Hot AC stations for opportunities to win tickets to the show, airfare and hotel.
