Al Payne Bounces to Detroit

Throwback Hip-Hop & R&B WMGC-Detroit’s 105.1 The Bounce, will soon announce Al Payne as PD. Payne has been PD for the Alpha Media/Louisville cluster since April. Previously he was OM for Radio One/Baltimore. It’s a return to the market where he once served as PD/format captain for Radio One.
The station format launched in July and flipped from sports a little past the halfway point of the previous survey period. In its recent first full book The Bounce went from #15 to #1 (3.1-8.0).
