Steve Harvey’s Wife Defends Him After Backlash From Visit With Donald Trump

Last week, Steve Harvey “did a Kanye” and met with the president-elect, Donald Trump.
While the Family Feud host referred to the invitation to meet at Trump Tower as an “honor,” many of his fans didn’t feel the same way, taking to social media to criticize him for the sit-down. Despite the game-show host receiving massive backlash on social media, his wife, Marjorie Harvey, is standing by his side, taking to her own Instagram to support her husband.

“Thank you my love for stepping outside of your comfort zone to do what is right for others….” she writes, captioning a photo of the couple posing together. “Even in the face of adversity! Doing the right thing sometimes isn’t popular…..but it’s okay…… You always make me proud! I love you!”

Politics aside, her message to her husband is eloquently put and we’re sure Harvey appreciated his wife’s supporting words.

Sorry Mrs. Harvey, many of us feel differently.
