For the next 10 years, we will continue redefining the live-event landscape.” The Brooklyn, N.Y., rapper also earned a place on Forbes’ annual ranking of hip-hop artists for being worth $810 million, coming in second place to Sean Combs’ $820 million. Can you imagine a 57-year-old Jay Z rapping about 99 problems? It just goes to show, hip-hop doesn’t have an age limit. In the words of Jay Z, he’s a business, man.
