Maurice “Mo Better” Rivera exits KXHT-Memphis Kevin Fleming May 17, 2017 Radio Buzz Maurice “Mo Better” Rivera has exited his position as Sr. Account Exec/Digital Marketing and Sales Manager for Flinn Broadcasting Rhythmic KXHT (Hot 107.1)/Memphis. Rivera had been in the building for 14 1/2 years, joining KXHT in 2002 as Marketing/Promotions Director. In 2004 he was promoted to PD, and in 2011, Rivera transitioned into the sales department. Rivera is now seeking his next radio challenge; ideally, he would like to pursue opportunities back in Texas, where he formally served as Promotions Manager for KBXX (97.9 The Box)/Houston from 1992-97 and KTFM/San Antonio, where he was Marketing & Promotions Director in 2001-02.
