Back in Black… Bill Black is PD at WJLB & WMXD in the D

iHeartMedia has named Bill Black as Director of Urban Programming for WJLB and WMXD –Detroit.

Black, spent the past 13 years with Radio One in Ohio, most recently in the dual roles of PD of WENZ and WZAK-Cleveland and as Regional Operations Manager for Radio One Cincinnati and Columbus, OH. Black succeeds Nate Bell, who exited in March.
