Power 106 LA hires Nick Cannon for Morning Drive

Meruelo Media has hired Nick Cannon to do mornings on KPWR (Power 106)/Los Angeles. Cannon Mornings — Power 106 #1 for Hip Hop, launches Monday, June 17 and will air weekdays from 5-10am PT.

Cannon is currently the host and Executive Producer of Fox’s No. 1 hit TV show, The Masked Singer as well as the creator, host, and Executive Producer of MTV’s Wild ‘N Out, which will begin production on its 15th season later this year. Cannon also heads Ncredible Entertainment and has helped discover and develop artists like H.E.R., Kehlani, Soulja Boy and Justin Bieber.
