Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter’s Roc Nation Sports announced the 6-time NBA All-Star is the latest basketball player to partner with the company. RNS posted an introductory video on social media featuring Jay-Z’s “Thank You” serving as the soundtrack. On Instagram, Irving wrote, “Eye only know the best for Me… Family First. @rocnation @rocnationsports.” Kyrie Irving was the first overall pick of the 2011 NBA Draft. The Australia-born, New Jersey-raised athlete was awarded the NBA Rookie of the Year honor in 2012, and he won an NBA championship in 2016 with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
