Al Payne exits KMJK-KC’s Magic 107.3 Kevin Fleming August 13, 2019 Entertainment, Radio Buzz, Radio News Al Payne has exited his post as PD of Cumulus Urban AC KMJK (Magic 107.3)/Kansas City. He intends to relocate back to the east coast. Payne joined Magic 107.3 in May 2018 following a stint as PD of Beasley Throwback WMGC (105.1 The Bounce)/Detroit. Before that he served as Director of Urban Programming for Alpha Media Louisville. Payne’s lengthy career also includes an 11-year run with Radio One, the last six as OM of WERQ & WWIN/Baltimore.
