KBLX_2019_SquareKBLX and The Morning Dream Team, Tony Sco., Kimmie Tee & Rudy Ortiz, partnered with the San Mateo County Sherriff’s Office for a gun buyback program on Saturday December 14th in San Carlos California. A staggering 400 firearms & assault weapons were collected at today’s event. Each person who submitted a firearm was given $100 and for assault rifles $200.

Elroy Smith, Operations & Program Director of KBLX says “This was a great day for our city now having less guns on our streets. Our goal is to make The Bay Area a safer place to live and to provide a secure environment for the kids to play. This initiative was perfect for KBLX as we believe in protecting our community from senseless violence.”
