It was a pleasure to link up with L.A. based funk artist Welfair for the release of her latest single “Purple Sheets.” The song is off her new ep Recreational. We discussed her influences, songwriting/producing process, hailing from a musical family, and more. Welfair had an outstanding performance at Milkshake, a music showcase of various genres at the Rooftop patio of the Ace Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles.
