“Award-Winning Music Director and UAC Programmer, Traci LaTrelle, WHUR-Washington DC welcomes new Afternoon Drive Personality Frank Ski (formerly of V-103 in Atlanta for 14 years) to the 96.3 FM family at the recent “WHUR Wobble on the Water Party Cruise.” Ski officially joined the staff on Monday, September 9, 2013.
