All Eyes and Ears on the Capital

Will Downing is one of the featured performers at the 16th Annual Capital Jazz Festival in Columbia, Maryland on June 7th, 8th and 9th. Friday night has been designated as a “Tribute to Will Downing and his 25 years of music.” It will be a memorable evening with Will and some of his special friends that he has worked with over the years.
