eOne Signs Label Deal with Jim Jones & Byrdgang Records

Entertainment One (eOne) announces a new label deal with Platinum-selling rapper and entrepreneur Jim Jones and his ByrdGang Records, reuniting Jones with the label that launched his solo career.  Under this new global deal, ByrdGang will release several projects in the next few years, prominently featuring Jones while introducing the next wave of new artists. 

The first full length album by Jim Jones and ByrdGang is due out in fall 2021, with the first single featuring Jones and Dyce Peso dropping in a few weeks. 

Alan Grunblatt, eOne’s President of Urban Music, says, “eOne helped launch Jim’s solo career and I’m thrilled to be working with Jim again.  He has a remarkable gift for A&R, and I look forward to showcasing new talent together.”

Jones says, “I’ve had some amazing experiences throughout my career because someone believed in me – me and my crew. With this next iteration on ByrdGang, I’m very excited to be giving other artists the same chance that someone gave me.”
