Service Broadcasting Group is looking for an entertaining content creator and influencer to join the stellar cast of K104/Dallas’ and Compass Media Networks syndicated DeDe in the Morning, morning show.

Service Broadcasting Group’s Head of Content George “Geo” Cook and #TeamDeDe are launching a new national talent search for an interesting and diverse high-impact personality who can join our award-winning host De McGuire and her co-hosts, Lady Jade and comedian J.J. Williamson, to create more fun and laughs on DeDe in the Morning. You could be a part of the funniest Hip Hop and R+B syndicated morning show in America, airing in nearly 60 cities. The ideal candidate will be a fun-loving, self-deprecating, supportive fourth mic cast member who can freely put themselves “out there” – and easily connect with the show’s Millennial and Gen Z fans.

Required Skills:

· An understanding of Nielsen PPM audience engagement strategies and execution tactics

· Possess insights and understanding of entertainment brands/personalities, pop culture, and urban/hip-hop lifestyles

· An understanding of the values, likes/dislikes, opinions, perspectives and aspirations of Millennial and Gen Z audiences

· Ability to efficiently edit/produce compelling audio for real-time and on-demand show content

· Ability to ideate, create, curate, and post show content on our website(s) and social media platforms in line with social media policies

· Must be a passionate total team player with a focused “for the show” mentality and work ethic

· Ability to creatively and effectively collaborate with team members to make successful and significant contributions to the show’s brand and content on/off air

· High level communication skills that lead to positive interactions and successful outcomes with clients, partners, vendors and meta-team members of the media, entertainment, and advertising communities

· Ability to manage and complete multiple ongoing tasks in a deadline driven environment

Required Experience:

· Minimum 2+ years of entertainment experience on-air, on-demand, on social preferred

· Media production experience; proficient in Adobe Audition, VoxPro and media software tools preferred

· Live audio board operation; efficient execution of automation and audio playback systems; experience with AudioVault, iMediaTouch, Wide Orbit preferred

· Podcasting and/or producer experience preferred

· Guest booking experience and phone screening experience preferred

She has been recognized within her industry and community.
