According Fox 13 Memphis, the shooting happened at Makeda’s Butter Cookies, where employees stated that Dolph walked in the store to buy cookies. An unkown gunman drove up and shot and killed him around 1pm Wednesday afternoon at the Bakery in South Memphis. Dolph frequently visited that cookie shop. Young Dolph’s Lamborghini was in the parking lot of the Bakery when Fox 13 crews arrived. Young Dolph who’s real name was Adolph Robert Thompson Jr. was best known for hits like “Preach” produced by Zaytoven. He was also a cousin of fellow deceased rapper Juice WRLD.
