A&E Network is slating a 12-episode docuseries covering Bobby Brown and his family this summer, which will coincide with a Biography special on the Grammy-winning singer.

Brown has sold more than 20 million records around the world with his former R&B group New Edition, and more than 12 million records as a solo artist. He’s recorded chart-topping R&B songs, logged multiple gold singles, and is a New York Times best-selling author.

Bobby Brown: Every Little Step will offer an exclusive look at Brown’s life with his wife Alicia Etheredge-Brown and their children while he works on new business ventures, new music, and a reunion with New Edition. The series premieres on May 31, 2022 with new episodes airing every Tuesday.

The series offers exclusive access to the Browns’ day-to-day lives, and covers Brown’s personal life as he raises a family, deals with the recent loss of his son, and focuses on his physical health and sobriety.

The series is produced for A&E by Brown Ribbon Entertainment, Entertainment One and Creature Films. Brown and Alicia Etheredge-Brown serve as executive producers for Brown Ribbon Entertainment. Biography: Bobby Brown, meanwhile, will present a personal look at Brown’s journey to stardom, his struggles with sobriety, and the deaths of his two children and first wife, Whitney Houston. The special will include exclusive interviews with Brown as well as his family, friends and peers in the music industry such as Usher and Jermaine Dupri, and fellow members of New Edition. It will also see him visit the gravesite of Houston and his daughter, Bobbi Kristina.

The Biography doc special is produced by Brown Ribbon Entertainment, eOne and Creature Films for A&E Network, with Brown and Alicia Etheredge-Brown serving as executive producers for Brown Ribbon.
