WSGE Charlotte’s Tim Greene urges families to Strive For Excellence!

Hundreds of families from all nationalities converged on historic Gastonia, North Carolina this past weekend to celebrate Juneteenth during the Ebony Fest Juneteenth festival.  The day culminated with a huge fireworks display. WSGE’s morning personality and HBCU Graduate Tim Greene (Far Right) who’s also a descendant of slaves out of Atlanta, Georgia was on hand giving out educational prizes to help kids and parents learn more about how great their ancestors were and how we must teach our kids to strive for excellence each and every day.
