Kenard Karter to PD WGCI-Chicago

Clear Channel WGCI-Chicago has appointed Kenard Karter as PD, effective March 3rd, 2014. Previously he was APD/middays at KMEL-San Francisco; before that Karter held a variety of positions in Chicago, including on-air host/Promotions Assistant at WGCI; MD at both WGCI FM and Top 40 sister WKSC.
