Sunday Night Slow Jams Goes International

In December, I traveled to the far off and mysterious country of Suriname, it’s a very intriguing country nestled above Brasil, just to the east of Venezuela, in the Guyanas.  Although Suriname is in South America, their national language is DUTCH!  The place is absolutely bazaar and topsy-turvy in many ways… it’s not a bad thing–completely mesmerizing!  And the people are wonderful.

I stumbled into the local radio station there and spent some quality time with the great people at ABC Radio-Suriname. We secured a deal for the station to air Sunday Night Slow Jams!
