Clear Channel San Francisco VP of Programming Don Parker has promoted Big Von to APD and  Shay Diddy (pictured) to MD. Both individuals had been filling those respective roles on an interim basis since the February departure of APD Kenard Karter to become PD of WGCI/Chicago. “I spoke with many well-qualified candidates from around the country, but it became clear that I already had the best candidates in-house,” commented Parker.
