Mel Devonne: Master Remixer

Mel Devonne, longtime Quiet Storm host, currently heard on WWDM-Columbia, 92Q Nashville, Magic 107.3 Kansas City, and other stations scores a house remix of “Try And Find Out” with German based group Desert Road on Ultimate-House Records.

The remix features all the musical talents of Mel Devonne, who has done several remixes over the years and has released 7 CDs. Mel Devonne cut his house music chops in the Chicago area where he did the Quiet Storm for V103 Chicago 1990-2003, and with Soul 106.3 Chicago from 2003-2008.

Mel Devonne has produced, and written many tracks beginning with one of the first New Orleans local rap records, Pee Wee’s Beat by Tanya P in 1985.
