Word from the curb has the deal signed, sealed and delivered for the diva to begin a Las Vegas residency at the Colosseum Caesars Palace commencing in May! The two year deal is rumored to be worth more than Britney Spears’ $30 million pay day! (Cha-ching). If Carey doesn’t throw one of her notorious tantrums, packs up “deem babies” in her new $1.8 million custom motor home(which includes a VIP room and a club), she’ll join an exclusive Vegas residence club that boasts such members as Celine Dion, Bette Midler, Boyz II Men, Gladys Knight and Cher.

Tickets already selling like hotcakes on the internet and if you don’t mind the price tag of at least $500 for an orchestra seat to hear Mariah serve up a menu of all of her #1 hits, a weekend trip to Sin City may well be worth it. Mariah for you your part, you must reduce the “juice,” be on time, sing live and attach at the hip with your former vocal, Betty Wright(yes, THE clean-up woman and master of the whistle technique you previously owned) and bring it, so you can extend your residency more than two years. The “Lambs” will empty out their piggy banks and Mariah will remind us all that she’s not giving up her place as a living legend. Did somebody say “dahhhhh-ling?”
