Tupac Biopic “All Eyez On Me” to Film in Georgia admin November 4, 2015 Entertainment, Music News A biopic about legendary rapper Tupac Shakur, “All Eyez On Me,” will shoot in and around Atlanta Georgia, according to the Georgia Film, Music and Digital Entertainment’s Help Wanted Hotline page. The biopic slated to film last year, has been in a holding pattern of sorts for more than four years. Morgan Creek Productions secured $45 million to make a movie about the late rappers life and producers have secured the rights to use Shakur’s music and brought his mother, Afeni, aboard to executive produce.
