Breakfast Hits The Streetz of Atlanta admin March 28, 2014 Radio Buzz, Radio News Steve Hegwood, owner of Atlanta’s Hip-hop station Streetz 94.5 has announced he’s terminated the station’s morning show host, Rashan Ali and her morning crew, including former V-103 morning entertainer Joe “ Miss Sophia” Taylor. Clear Channel’s syndicated “Breakfast Club” takes over the morning drive slot on March 31. The Breakfast Club members, DJ Envy and Angela Yee , both formerly of Sirius XM and former Wendy Williams Radio Show sidekick, Charlamagne tha God launched national syndication last March with a weekend show, then expanded to morning syndication in August. The trio dub themselves “the world’s most dangerous morning show.” Each of them has TV hosting experience via MTV and VH1 shows. She was displaced at Radio One’s Hot 107.9 when that station opted to go with Rickey Smiley’s syndicated morning show.
